OUR IMAGE TAILORS. No equipment. Director: René LUCOT. The war of 14/18 is finished. RODIN, spiritual father of the contemporary sculpture died. But numerous talent sculptors (including certain former RODIN collaborators) ensure the changing, in different styles or in the same line. We see some portraits of these artists: Lucien SCHNEGG, Antoine BOURDELLE, Aristide MAILLOL, Charles DESPIAU, uncontested master of the portrait, Léon DRIVIER, Paul BELMONDO, Hubert YENCESSE, NICLAUSSE, Jeanne DOUPLET... Some of which JEANNIOT, Marcel GAUMONT be realized monument low-reliefs (Museum of modern Art in Paris). One discovers the techniques used by each one: of the initial drawing to the outline in clay, to moulding out of plaster while passing through the direct size of the stone or of the block of marble (such Raoul LAMOURDEDIEU, COLLAMARINI...) and of technique of moulding for the statue of bronze. Mais de nombreux sculpteurs de talent (dont certains anciens collaborateurs de RODIN) assurent la relève, dans des styles différents ou dans la même lignée. Nous voyons quelques portraits de ces artistes : Lucien SCHNEGG, Antoine BOURDELLE, Aristide MAILLOL, Charles DESPIAU, maître incontesté du portrait, Léon DRIVIER, Paul BELMONDO, Hubert YENCESSE, NICLAUSSE, Jeanne DOUPLET... Certains dont JEANNIOT, Marcel GAUMONT réalisent des bas-reliefs de monuments (Musée d'Art Moderne de la ville de PARIS) (Palais de TOKYO).
