France. Le Maréchal PETAIN, nouvel Ambassadeur de FRANCE en ESPAGNE part pour BURGOS. Arrivée du train en gare d'HENDAYE. Le Maréchal PETAIN descend du train et salut en otant son képi. Il est accueilli par une petite fille qui lui présente une gerbe de fleurs et par une fanfare. Il se rend à pied au poste frontière puis va à la rencontre du Général VAYGORI.
