Cuirassé à artillerie de gros calibre renforcée 3 tourelles de 4 canons de 340 mm pouvant envoyer simultanément 6500 kg de projectiles, 24 canons, 6 lance-torpilles, le pont est blindé, long de 175 m. Descriptif : Un homme lit un discours debout sur une estrade. Derrière lui des officiers applaudissent. Il remet des décorations à des civils. Toutes les personalités officielles traversent le port. Vue de l'intérieur de la rampe de lancement, les hommes récupèrent le suif sur lequel le bateau a glissé dans un nuage de fumée. Très grands échafaudages. Vue du cuirassé qui s'éloigne.
