La course cycliste traverse les villages du Nord, encouragée par la population sur le bord de la route. Le relais dans les villes. Les cyclistes pointent à une table et repartent. Les organisateurs portent un brassard au bras droit. Un cycliste descend de son vélo et boit avidement dans une tasse. Les routes pavées. Un side-car suit les cyclistes dans la campagne. Bannière traverse la route "Course de l'Echo du Nord. Contrôle". Les cyclistes s'arrêtent. Un policier vu de dos. Un cycliste enlève une chambre à air qu'il porte sur son dos en bandoulière.
