Les soldats à bicyclette sur la place, la foule au centre, la levée de chapeaux. Le Président Millerand dépose une gerbe devant le monument aux morts. Grande banderole "Gloire aux vainqueurs ". Millerand en calèche. Il remet un drapeau et des décorations. Fanfare. Défilé à bicyclettes, à cheval et chars. Fin guerre de 14-18. Première guerre mondiale.
