It is in LE HAVRE that Mr ANDRÉ MALRAUX, Minister of State charged with the cultural Affairs, inaugurated the first French house of culture, a live and transformable museum. An example which soon, added the Minister, was imitated by all the large FRANCE towns. Inauguration.
