The majority of the accused who will have to answer of the crime of high treason were arrested and were imprisoned on suspicion. This courtyard is composed of members chosen in all the parties of the CORTES and brought together in high Court under the presidency of the federal delegate Franchy ROCA. Mr GARCIA PRIETO, who was one of the craftsmen of the Primo de RIVERA's fall, was called before the high Court in witness' qulity.
