In the presence of the General BOYER DE LATOUR the solemn installation of the Council of the keepers of the throne of the sherifs took place in the room of the Vizirs of the Imperial of Rabat Palace. The future Government of Rabat will have to be occupied in defining with PARIS the spirit of the permanent relations between FRANCE and MOROCCO.
